災害ボランティア全国フォーラム‘０５ｉｎふくい
～災害時、誰もが安心できるために～
この１年間、全国各地でも大きな災害が多発しました。日本を襲った風水害の犠牲者の９０％以上が高齢者で、体に障害があったり、病気のために避難できずに犠牲になられた方もおられました。阪神淡路大震災以来、障害者や高齢者などの災害時に特に救護を要する方々への対策が急務とされてきましたが、現状はどうなのでしょうか。
福井豪雨災害から１年が経とうとしています。今、この福井の地で全国の皆様と一緒に災害ボランティア活動を様々な場面から徹底検証し、どこでもいつでも起こりうる災害に備えていきたいと考えています。
日時：平成１７年６月９日（木）～１０日（金）
場所：フェニックスプラザ（福井県福井市田原１丁目１３番６号）
主催：福井県・福井県災害ボランティアセンター連絡会・災害ボランティア全国フォーラム実行委員会
